Remedy need to hire a very high
number of engineers in a very short three months period. To stand
out from all the other job ads, we developed a different campaign
which centered around various tag-lines such as "dive right it,
going out on a limb, earn your stripes..". Each section got their
own "tag" and animal associated with it. To support the
new recruitment site and make it visible, guerilla tactics such as
moving billboards, movie slides and launch t-shirt were used supported
with a 4-color print campaign. Internal employee referral programs
supported the outside campaign and boosted the pride in the company.
